We celebrated Ford's first birthday at our house with a party of about 50 family members, friends, and coworkers. It was less than two months since we'd moved into our home in Charlotte, so it was a little overwhelming for us. And Ford in particular was overwhelmed with 50 people singing "happy birthday" to him, but otherwise had a good time. The next day was his actual birthday, so we did more presents and more cake and more singing. Happy birthday to our sweetest little man!
